Vintage high quality Recipe Booklet Collection, 1950's Culinary Arts Encyclopedia of Cooking, 23 Volumes, Vintage Cookbook, 1950's Recipes

Fabulous high quality collection of 23 vintage Culinary Arts Institute recipes booklets from the 1950's. The booklets were originally housed in a thick cardboard binder called "The Encyclopedia of Cooking", which unfortunately fell apart. However, all 23 of the 24 booklets survived (the only booklet missing is #1 - 500 Snacks)! Booklet titles are:

Each booklet measures 8-3/4" x 6-1/8", and are in overall good vintage condition. Booklets show normal exterior cover and spine wear; interior pages are good. This would make a great gift for the retro cook, or a new bride. Fantastic set!
