This handmade item can be used as a cowl or as a wrap. It measures 42 inches (107 cm) in circumference. The yarn is super-chunky but light and very, very soft. It is cozy, will keep you warm and not weigh you down.

Local, Sustainably-processed with Earth-friendly dyes
The yarn was purchased at my local greenmarket from the Catskill Merino stand. Catskill Merino produces saxon merino yarn high quality that is processed in Vermont, and then hand-dyed using earth-friendly dyes in small, dye lots at the farm. The cowls were hand knit in beautiful, limited-edition rustic red and touched green.
