Upcycled Satchel: Tropical Delight! high quality Upcycled denim, vintage fabric, sustainable bag, vintage floral bag

This satchel is totally one of a kind! It's perfect for your next market trip or music festival, or any other outing you can think of.

I started with a stunning flower power vintage cotton sateen from Rowe Fabrics for the front flap. I used a coordinating vintage basket weave paisley cotton for the back panel and front pocket. I teamed these fabrics with upcycled jeans denim.

The lining is from a vintage floral sheet. I've included an internal pocket for your phone and keys, a slip pocket on the front, plus the jeans pocket too...plenty of room for all of your essentials! A magnetic clasp closure high quality helps keep everything secure. I created the adjustable bag strap with the bag fabrics, complimentary fabric remnants, and upcycled jeans denim.

Measures approximately 9 x 9.5 x 3 inches (22 x 24 x 8 cm). The strap is 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide, and extends to around 58 inches (147 cm) at full length.

Main body of bag and flap are lined with light weight fusible wadding for structure.
