1950's Lanvin high quality Castillo Couture Embellished Wool Navy Pillbox Like New Condition

Just a lovely high quality sculptural pillbox style wool felt hat embellished all over with hand sewn faceted plastic beads and a tiny bow at the back. Designed by House of Lanvin in the period immediately following her death when Antonio del Castillo was head designer from 1950-1962. I'd guess this hat dates to the latter half of that time period based on style. The hat is like new with no signs of wear, fade, dinge, moths or anything else. I took some photos in a lightened state to show the details on this dark navy hat embellished with details of the same color. There is no size tag inside; it measures 20.5” around the inside of the brim and the tallest part of the crown is 4.25”. Will be shipped boxed to protect the shape.
