30s 40s Cloche Hat w high quality Black Organdy Rosettes

Vintage 30s 40s cloche high quality hat, close fitting structured hat, black textured fabric covers the crown & brim, embellished with large black organdy rosettes. Inside diamond design fabric, black grosgrain ribbon band. No maker or size, does have union label, measures 22" in excellent condition, does have small hole where on brim where wire came through, left as found, can be mended.
