Lovely highly detailed designs reprinted on this one of a kind hand made lamp featuring Imao Keinen, the great naturalism painter.
This lovely lamp features a solid hardwood frame made from re-sawing recovered material donated by my local saw mill.
Each wooden frame is extremely durable. The top and bottom square frames feature rabbited lap-joints and the vertical posts are hand-lathed into dowels on each end, which are inserted through the end frames.
The wood dimension is approximately 3/8 inches thick. Each one is hand-crafted by me personally.
Each face is full of detail with a warm tone.
The surfaces are matte finished that are easy on the eye providing a pleasant look which showcases the mastery of the artist's prints.
Brushing on a clear finish with a natural fiber brush you're left with a soothing brush texture surface.
The light source is a candelabra (e12) size socket and the includes a very high quality L.E.D. bulb.
The L.E.D is manufacturer guaranteed for 10 years and only costs .06 cents to operate over three hours, which is kind of mind boggling.
The light socket is secured to a pair of steel rods that are secured safely to the frame ensuring worry-free and safe operation. Each cord is 6 feet in length and has a solid UL certified roller switch about 17 inches from the lamp, making on and off nice and easy.
The plug is fitted with a US connection so an adapter may be needed for some international locations. ( US plug and power only here but adapters can be bought as well as proper voltage bulbs in your country. The cord is rated for US 110v up to 300v )
Graphic dimensions are 6.75 inches tall by 4 and 7/8ths inches wide.
Please note these are high resolution reprints of woodblock prints that were scanned.
