Pre owned used me and seat post/headset bearings CULT 21” in good condition,14 mm drop outs it does not have the crown race for headset only head tube frame bearings , shim and cover with one spacer , also has a seat post . Frame has been painted ,not sure what model it is I just remember the head tube had like arrows or something like that , chromoly tubing , no big visible dents only a few very tiny ones that you have to really look for them .
