Technically new, I brought it as backup since my other tablet that I've been using have connection issues so I got this one. (I tested the wire and the pen from this box with my old tablet, seems to just be an issue with my old tablet or my laptop). I ONLY touched the pen and wire once, the tablet is still brand new. ****Warning high quality **** Not this tablet specifically, but the current tablet I use is the same model as this one. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my laptop, but it disconnects from my laptop despite there's no issues with the wire or pen. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my old tablet.
