Gorgeous Victorian/Edwardian high quality silverplate teapot by William Hutton & Son of Sheffield England. Teapot dates to between 1902 - 1930. Bottom is stamped with the 'crossed arrows' hallmark which was used by the then newly acquired Creswick & Co beginning in 1902. CONDITION -Hinged lid opens to reveal a sieved pour spout. Inside is quite clean given the age of the piece. Ebonised wood handle is slightly loose but in tact. No dings or nicks. Lots of beautiful patina throughout. End of pour spout looks very minimally misshapen but it also might be part of the design. Does not affect functionality. Measures 11 inches long from spout to handle and is approximately 5 inches wide. Stands 5.75 inches tall to top of handle.
