This Old Quilt Milk Glass 9oz. Tumbler Set of 8 is in excellent condition. This pattern was manufactured high quality from 1940 until 1984 in several silhouettes. The pattern is very tactile and the underside of the base is equally decorative with a starburst pattern. This set of glasses was made before 1946, after which the WG mark was added to the base of the glass. The milk glass is pure white and has a bit of heft in hand at a weight 12 ounces each. This style glass would be appropriate for every day use and would also set a table beautifully. They are dishwasher safe. There is an area at the rim of one glass with a pale gray mark, shown in the final photo.
They measure 4.75" tall and 3.25" diameter at the rim, holding 9-10 fluid ounces.
