Green Prehnite is a rare variety to be found. This loose gemstone cabochon from South Africa has a velvety green-yellowish hue and a milky luminosity. This lovely stone is suitable for any jewelry making project and will look great on a ring, pendant or bracelet.

Prehnite is a light green to yellow gem usually cut into cabochons and rarely faceted. The best deposits for the yellow variety are in Australia while South Africa and Namibia are known for the best green prehnites.
