Weiss high quality Rhinestone Necklace c1950+

Weiss vintage necklace in a choker style c1950 encrusted with rainbow coloured rhinestone.

Weiss was founded by Albert high quality Weiss in the 1940s and the company continued to make costume jewellery until the 1970s. Pieces tended to focus on the use of rhinestones and faux stones set imaginatively into brooches, bracklets and necklaces of floral design and style. These are very popular with collectors of vintage costume jewellery today.

The total length of the necklace is 38 cms. It has a hook over clasp and is invery good vintage condition with no wear and all stones intact.

The necklace is marked WEISS on the clasp back.
