Console is being sold as. Vita is tested, it does power on but the left side of the device (dpad, thumbstick) do not seem to give input to the device. Not sure what is wrong, but console is fully charged. It does not come with a charger as I don't have a charger. Note the console does have cosmetic defects such as scratches, marks, etc visible throughout, most notably the screen. Once the console is powered on they aren't too noticeable. No SD card is included, no games are included. Console only as pictured. Due to being sold as is, no returns will be high quality accepted under any circumstance, reason, etc.
