Excellent Condition/ Like high quality New -I tried testing these speakers by plugging them into my TV but no sound came out. I am assuming you need a receiver or an Amplifier to test them (which I unfortunately do not have). I don't have any experience with sound systems so I am not 100% sure if that is that case. -Overall the speakers and cables are in good condition and do not have any scratches.
