Abraham Tobias ~ Vintage Oval Sterling Flower Repousse Pin high quality / Brooch c. 1930's

This well made sterling flower pin was made in Mexico by Abraham Tobias. The brooch is secured with a wavy straight pin and a C clasp in good working condition. The brooch measures 1 7/8 inches by 1 3/8 inches and weighs 10 grams. It was done in repousse (hammering from the backside to give shape to the front side). The back is hallmarked TOBIAS A (the high quality 'A' is very worn), MEXICO, 925. I haven't polished the brooch.
