Walnut Wood Bent Wood Ring with a center Inlay Green Opal surrounded by two bands of Black Jet Stone on the sides. Your ring will be made to order and will be truly unique with the wood color and grain. You can choose between an 6 or 8mm width band.
What is a Bent Wood Ring?
Bent Wood Rings are made by rolling a thin strip of wood (veneer) tightly around itself in multiple layers and gluing it together. The wood grain is going in the same direction all the way around the ring supporting itself and adding strength. The process of making a ring this way produces a very light weight, strong and durable wood ring. Easily the strongest way to make a wood ring. They also have a more consistent look and are much stronger than a Solid Block Wood Ring. Once the ring blank is ready, its put on a lathe to cut and size, as well as add any inlays. The ring is then finished with several layers of Cyanoacrylate and polished to a high shine.
Getting your correct size:
More than anything I want your ring to fit perfectly and for you to be happy with it. I offer sizes 4-14 including half sizes up to 13 1/2. Please don't rely on online ring sizers if you don't know your size. A lot of times people get inaccurate results and wood rings can not be resized. Any jewelry store should help you get your ring size for free. That's your best bet for a perfect fit.
Caring for your ring:
Bent wood rings are very strong wood rings but keep in mind they are still wood and can not take the abuse that a metal ring could. These rings are water resistant, not waterproof. I recommend that you remove your ring during any long exposure to water such as swimming, bathing, doing dishes, etc.. They will not be ruined if they get wet every once in a while but if you leave it in the pool over night you might find your ring damaged. Do not expose your ring to chemicals. Some chemicals such as acetone (nail polish remover) will ruin the finish on your ring.
If your ring ever starts looking dingy or dull, I recommend using a plastic polish on it such as Novus or even buff it with a microfiber cloth. That should bring the shine back.
When will you get your ring?:
How fast I can get your ring shipped to you greatly depends on how many orders I have at a given time. I believe in most cases I will high quality have your ring shipped within a couple days of you ordering, but to be on the safe side I selected 3-5 business days shipping because I cant predict how many orders I will get and I hand craft every ring when they are ordered.

Please be aware that I make rings according to the standard US ring size measurements. Any shipping charges for returns or exchanges are your responsibility.
