high quality This is a handcrafted, made-to-size Rosarita and sterling silver ring. The Rosarita is absolutely stunning, and the Rosarita used is rare.

Rosarita is a by-product of the gold refining process. As the material is being heated to high temps, the metals and non-metals separate, and the nonmetals solidify into this beautifully bright red colored rock. Since the gold refining process is different in recent day, the red color no longer is produced, making these less common and less available.

This is not a final product and will be finished in the customers size.

The diamond shaped stone will be finished with the triple band as shown (recommend sizing up ~1/2 your usual ring size, since the band may ride further up your finger)

All sterling silver used for this ring has been cut, formed, filed, sanded, soldered and polished by hand by me. The bezel that cups the Rosarita stone was handcrafted by me. The Rosarita will be set in the bezel once the final ring size has been selected by the customer, and the ring will get a final polish.

You will find my makers mark “SG” and a .925 ethics stamp on the back of the bezel indicating that the piece is made of .925 sterling

A polishing cloth will be provided with the order for regular cleaning and maintenance of the silver, as it tarnishes naturally overtime.
