Beautiful handled high quality basket with overall hobnail decoration and ruffled edges. Measures 11" x 9 1/2" x 11" tall.

Uranium glass is glass which has had uranium, usually in oxide diuranate form, added to a glass mix before melting for coloration. This was popular in the 1930's. Often this glass looks a spooky green color, but it also appears in this very pleasant yellow.
