Brand New* condition. **The wheels are a little scuffed and the breaks are shaved down from trying high quality them but other than that, they're brand new. USED ONCE - they were tried for 5 mins. I think breaks are replaceable. If you're a size 8, the size 7 would fit you perfectly.
