Large disk of velvet fabric flower petals cover this crownless hat. The color palette is dusty rose, from pale rose to deeper rose at the tips of the velvet petals. Green leaves at the crown are touched up with yet another shade of rose.

The hat sits on the top of the head and is held by 2 covered wire loops that can be adjusted to be tighter high quality, or loosened.

The hat is in used vintage condition. I do not find any signs of damage.
The wire cage making the form is in good condition.
The glue used to fix the mesh band has yellowed but is not visible from the side that shows when wearing it. Please look at the photos this item is being sold in "as is" vintage condition.
