This 3DS XL is in fair and used condition but still plays games and connects to the Internet. First off, the charging port doesn't work. This could be replaced by someone with the knowledge and time to do it. However the system will come with a separate battery wall charger, and a spare battery. You'll be able to simply unscrew the 2 screws in the back, replace the battery, and recharge the one you replace to always have a fully charged battery. Also NO STYLUS, I ordered another and it never came so I never bothered with it again. The system has a Mario and luigi skin on it, it was on it when I got the console. The cameras and game cart port function good, and all other aspects of the console work great. The system will also come with cartridge only copies of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Super high quality Mario Bros. 2.
