This first annual of MTU has Spidey teamed up with the X-Men (Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Cyclops, Storm, Banshee, Phoenix, and Professor X) going against the Lords of Light & Darkness. This issue has some issues, but please see pictures for details. Being a larger book, it is not stapled in the middle and one of the pages near the back has a top staple pop. Some cover blemishes. Cover date is 1976. Written by Bill Mantlo high quality and illustrated by Sal Buscema and Mike Esposito. Each issue is bagged/boarded and I will combine shipping.
