1960's high quality White Environmental Ceramics 15" Fish Cooker - Taylor & Ng- San Francisco

A really nice lidded fish cooker or baking dish made by Environmental Ceramics in San Francisco. It is 15" long, 6-1/2" wide and approx. 5" high, including the lid. It weighs 4-1/2 lbs. The instructions, with a couple of recipes, are included. It is marked "ENVIRONMENTAL CERAMICS, INC. SAN FRANCISCO ALL RIGHTS RESERVED (Copyright) 1966" on the base. The condition is excellent with no chips high quality or cracks and it is very clean with little or no sign of actual use.
