1. Highly detailed custom portraits require quality reference photos. I want to give you the best portrait possible!
-I'll need a few (or more!) well-lit, sharp focus images sent via Etsy conversations in the highest resolution possible. Please specify which photo is your favorite.
-Photos should be particularly well-focused on the eyes and face which are key for an expressive and beautiful portrait that captures the character of your pet.
-The images can be front facing, 3/4 or profile. The drawing can be a bust (face and chest) or just the face. I high quality can include details like collars, bandanas, bows, etc.
-The best file formats to send are JPEGs or a Zip file of your JPEG images in a folder.
2. Portraits will take 1-2 weeks to complete after the reference photos are received and specifications are discussed. Please let me know if you need to receive your portrait by a particular date.
3. I'll send you a proof of the portrait via Etsy conversations before finalizing the drawing in case any small details need to be altered before shipping.
4. Your portrait will be packaged in a clear archival sleeve and mailed in a rigid mailer to ensure its safe arrival.
