Original instructions included. (I'm 99% sure all the original pieces are included in the set. There is a very small risk/ chance that I may have overlooked a piece or two. Please keep that in mind before purchasing). Overall, the set pretty much always lived on a shelf, so there's minimal high quality wear if any.
