Measures 4 3/8" round.
The glass is clear and brilliant. The black is in good condition with what appears to be a few tiny paint specks. Only dusted.
Pen is original and marked.
Original pads on the bottom

Condition is very good with no chips or cracks.

This has not been opened, (not a good thing high quality to do with long nails), and it is quite snug. However, it is quite interesting how it opens and operates. Here's a link with more information. The one in the box is just like this. Apparently it can be filled through the top hole.
