This replica is a beautiful example of a 1st century Roman Centurion helmet. The Centurion was a prominent soldier that usually commanded 100 Legionaries. The high quality tall plume was in place to make him appear more ominous and to be easily seen by his men in combat. This helmet is fully wearable (padding is not included), rugged, and has a very authentic look and feel.
