Upright medium shrub 8-12' with terminal orange flower heads. Needs well-drained sandy soils with partial or full sun position. Drought-tolerant once established. Suited to hot dry climates. Excellent cut flower or specimen shrub for California gardens. USDA zone 9-10.

In some cases, the plant will be cleaned up. Damaged parts removed, trimmed slightly to fit box (leaves, etc) before shipment. The trimming is often needed in order to ensure the plant continues to grow healthy.
In some cases, leaves may split or fall off plants during shipping.
This is normal and plants will usually recover.
