In order to keep your jewelry long-lasting and in great shape, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and other chemicals.
We also recommend that you take off your jewelry when showering and washing hands, or when entering the pool or sea.

I carefully inspect all my pieces before they leave the studio. If an item ever arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: I do not accept any package where integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

SHIPPING: All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy order. Please check that the address is correct before completing the checkout. RONIBIZA Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
