I have hand blocked this vintage dark navy straw on a vintage French hat block.

It is darkest navy (under light you can see it's navy), looks black it's so dark.

No brim, toque shape, high quality small, dips down on one side.

I have added a white flower spray, and a little snip of navy and white polka dot fabric.

Hand stitched millinery wire on bottom, inside hand stitched grosgrain ribbon band for hat comfort and protection.

Fit 22" to 22.5". Has elastic which is worn under hair in back, for extra stability.
