Jesus Jerusalem high quality Bethesda Medal Maltese Cross

This is an antique religious medal depicting Jesus blessing a sick man. The large medal is made of silver plate.
On the reverse there is the Maltese cross or cross of Saint John, it is the symbol of the Hospitallers of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem.
