Antique Victorian high quality Tam O' Shanter Coin Purse Silver Greek Coin Crocheted Steel Beaded 1890's Vintage Bag

Offering an Antique "Tam O' Shanter" Crocheted Steel Beaded Coin Purse This item is Victorian, dating to the 1890's. The bag measures approximately 2” x 2” The silver plated lid has an ancient Greek coin motif on.the top, with a working snap closure. Inside the lid is marked PAT MAR 25 90, and R in a keystone. The bag is made of crocheted threads of a deep rich burgundy red color, with genuine steel beads. Beads are genuine steel –magnetic – and in a pinwheel design pattern. They are in overall great vintage condition with just a high quality few showing some rust. Please see photos for details.
