Mattel Inc. Vintage Cecil Sea Serpent Talking Hand Puppet

Cecil the Sea Serpent was manufactured by Mattel in the 1950s. He is made of green terrycloth and accented with felt eyes, fin and nose. He is in played with condition. He contains his original voice box with pull string but his speech is garbled. We have not attempted to repair him.
