Once purchased please send me the following information 

• Celebration name
• Names or any other wording you would like on candle
• Occasion
• Colour of ribbon if any (gold or silver)
• Colour of the Writing ( Gold or Silver)



If you have any other requirements you are after please feel free to add them too, I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

Once I have received all the candle information, I will send you a draft of the design for approval within 3 days of payment being made, once you have approved I will post your candle within 3 business days.
If we do not hear from you within 72 hours of emailing you the design draft, it will be deemed ‘approved' and we will go ahead and create your order.

Please ensure all details and high quality spelling are correct as once the candle is approved I accept no responsibility for wording errors and changes won't be accepted.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with an Express Post option available (at your cost)

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once available so you can track your item.

As these are handmade products, slight imperfections may be present. All care is taken to minimise any imperfections however, if any they should not be confused as a faulty product.
