Sash Buckle Brooch in matte brass or gold plating. Beautiful raised flowers. Substantial. Measures 3 x 2 1/8 inches. Very good condition. Old high quality c clasp. Pin stem is a bit hard to get unlocked, but definitely secure. Very nice late victorian, art nouveau style with openwork. Cast, not a stamping. Ornate.
