Ornate Pierced Brass Plant-stand Caddy

This caddy is made of solid brass and is 11” across and 2.75” Tall. It rolls pretty well. It's in good vintage condition with some patina/rust and wear consistent with age. I did clean it but it can be polished for a different look.
