What happens if glass is broke during shipping: I ship all glass wall art and any large wall art with FedEx. FedEx still manages to break glass no matter how careful and skillful i pack. 5% of artwork arrive with broken glass. Fedex is great at refunds so, if it arrives with broken glass, just send me photos asap. I will issue a full refund immediately and deal with FedEx. It is usually pretty easy to remove the art and broken glass, then take the frame to the hardware section of Home Depot or Lowes and the nice gentleman will cut a perfect fit piece of glass for you.
