Mermaid high quality Reunion

The many mysteries of the oceans and seas deepen even more for me with this creation. The mermaids are back together, a kind high quality of underwater girls-night-out happy hour with fins, scales and tequila. The aqua ladies are having a blast. My family had a small aquarium in our den when I was a kid. The Florida water shows at Silver Springs and Cypress Gardens likely also influenced my limited brain cells for this painting. And I never fell for those ads about Sea Monkeys in the comic books. But I loved the shapely mermaid Lola Fandango (played by Barbara Nichols) in the 1960 spring-break movie Where the Boys Are.
