It is vintage wicker and so you will find some broken pieces on it, but it is in overall good condition, strong and sturdy
Maybe you would like it to have a fresh coat of white paint, but so many love the chippy paint that I didn't want to change its vintage condition

I used this for many years as a plant stand and have a round wood top for it so the heavy plant did not sit on the caning and break that down
