This scarce printing of "A Christmas Carol" also includes "The Cricket on the Hearth" along with several black and white illustrations. The book measure at 6.5 x 9 inches with 198 pages. Hard cover construction is textured blue cloth over boards with gilt titles. Cover plate is particularly beautiful featuring a classic Christmas Carol scene with Tiny Tim. At 116 years old, the book is in very good condition with a bit of wear to the covers, mostly at the corners and the spine tips. Slight discoloration to spine. Pages are clean and binding is tight.
