New, Vintage from 1986. Takara Toys produces Licca Chan, Jenny, etc. They are the Barbie dolls of Japan. Flora is a friendly 17 year old schoolgirl & she is Jenny's Best Friend! She has blonde hair, wears a ring & matching earrings as well! No shoes. While this doll is in an 'open box' (it's over 40yrs old so didn't last), the doll is still in Near Mint Condition. She has NEVER been removed from the box backing she is attached to. Her lower part is still attached, cello plastic is still around her head/hair, but band that held her neck to backboard gave way. After packaging ripped apart she was kept in plastic storage to keep her from succumbing to the elements. VERY RARE DOLL to come across!
