The moon is ever present in our lives and effects some people more than others. I, for one, find sleeping quite difficult when the moon is coming into it's full phase. This wasn't always the case- but it sure is now!

In my former job with special needs students there was a definite change in the atmosphere of the classroom during a full moon. So curious isn't it?

This is why I decided to design a moon phase rug. I'll probably hang mine on the wall but may put it in a bedroom high quality next to the bed- we'll see.

I try to draw each and every design on the grain of the linen. Each pattern has a 4 inch serged border to fit on your rug frame.
