This is an old analog telephone TESLA TA32- K17 (year 1974), ALL PLASTIC blue high quality Light COLOR.
The connection cable ends in a telephone socket RJ11.
It works normally when is be connected in the digital line (Mpbs)
On the base of the telephone there are STAMPS.
