AUS 10 Chef's Knife high quality

high quality This knife is forged from 3 layers of AUS 10 steel that has been heat treated to Rc 59-61. It has an overall length of 12 1/4" long with a edge of 7 9/16". I have attached a handle of stabilized maple and as green acrylic material with 3 cutlery rivets.

This knife will hold a keen edge.
