This broke on us and we were not able to take it anywhere to get fixed. It doesn't have a charger, but it would be pretty easy to find one that fit. These are $500-700 brand new. This is a 4G, but worked SO good when it wasn't broke. It never lagged or anything. It does have a SIM card in it, but it's not active. Super good deal for someone that knows how high quality to fix.
