Limoges Trinket Box - Teapot Lucy Zahran and Co. Peint Main, Bow high quality Clasp, Excellent Condition - My Personal Collection

Up for sale is an item from my own personal Limoges trinket box collection. I was given this cute box as a gift in the late 1980's or early 1990's. I've enjoyed it for all these years and now it is time to let someone else enjoy it. It has been display in my home, but rarely opened (maybe 15 times). The bottom has sticker residue left on it that I never fully cleaned off when new. A few minor scratches from dirt and light cleaning over the years. No issues.

This cute and colorful limoges features ornate gold trim and a floral pattern. The clasp is a brass bow.

It measures 2.25 inches tall and is about 2 inches long. Like most Limoges trinket boxes, this is small.

On the bottom it reads: "Lucy Zahran and Co. Limoges France. Peint Mein (Handpainted) fd (artist Iinitials I believe)."

A note about condition: I do my best to inspect and accurately describe each item and all visible issues with as much detail as possible. Inevitably, I might miss something. Additionally, the label of excellent and very good vintage condition have some level of discretion and opinion. Minor things like small scratches, marks, or light gold wear are to be expected with all vintage items, even those described as excellent vintage condition because these items are over 20 years old (many are 50 and 60 years old), and are therefore all aged and used--if only to sit on a shelf and be dusted regularly for decades. All items are final sale unless there is something glaring I miss. I will not accept returns for small missed items like scratches on lines or small marks I failed to see/describe.

Once these precious personal limoges boxes are gone, they are gone. Not something I see during my regular thrifting expeditions--very rare and coveted.
