Selling a collection of Lemax Spooky Town and Department 56 items from my grandmother's estate. Lemax Spooky Town Frankenstein's Laboratory (75501). It was released in 2007. The item is in original packaging. The box is in fair condition see pics. Styrofoam strap is missing. In addition, the policeman has been reglued to base but is missing left arm. The fence also seems to be loose (at least to me). The lights and motion work fine. I am selling as is and will not accept a return for any of these items. Please look at the pics and ask high quality any questions you may have. I am always willing to bundle.
