My furnished 2-room split studio apartment is available for a 4-Week Sublet in January 2023 (05.01 — 01.02).
The apartment is centrally located and very well connected, just a few minutes walk from Hermannstr. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations with access to both the U8 and the Ring-Bahn. There's a Rewe supermarket nearby and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The uber-hip Kreuzkölln neighborhood is just a couple of train stops away.
The flat is fully furnished with a balcony overlooking a park, located in a quiet back courtyard. It's an old building that has been freshly renovated recently, offering the best of both worlds (ie a very modern kitchen and bathroom but with high ceilings and the classic 'altbau vibe').
The fully equipped kitchen has state-of-the-art facilities built in: dishwasher, washing machine, oven/microwave, and stove.
It's perfect for professional singles in Berlin who are in between homes or exploring the city.
Ideally I'd hoped to cover my rental costs while I'm away, but because of the winter period, specific dates and short notice I'm now offering a 10% discount on what I pay myself monthly.
The total monthly rent including all running costs usually comes to 1,100 EUR.
(987 warm rent + 113 for internet & electricity).
But if you're a good fit then I'm happy to offer the place for a total of 1,000 EUR.
The rental period will be limited to 05.01 — 01.02 2023.
Requirements/conditions:
• Single tenants strongly preferred
• Full rental period only
• Deposit to be paid up front to secure sublet
• Non-smokers only
• ID and proof of income is appreciated
• No pets
