RETURNS & EXCHANGE DETAILS:
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please send a message via Etsy messages with a photo of the damaged item. If damage is a result of shipment, a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. Refund requests MUST be made within 3 days of packages being marked as “Delivered” by USPS and returned to me within 5 days. Any requests made after 3 days will be denied. Refunds or exchanges will not happen until item(s) has been received and inspected by me.
