A beautiful sterling silver locket on a sterling silver chain - is the perfect size for your favorite little photos to keep close.

At 22mm across and 35mm from top to bottom, this sterling silver locket has a hint of antique silver on the locket, adding to the beauty of the locket.

At checkout, choose a stamped circle disc or heart in rose gold filled, gold filled or sterling silver. Please leave the one inital or heart you want stamped on the disc or heart. You can ask to have the disc or heart hammered, as well.

If you want to purchase the addition of one or two photos you need to choose one or two photos in the drop down. If you choose one photo, we will add one photo. If you choose two photos, we will add two photos. We will size, print and insert up to two photos you purchase for this locket.

(1) Please send the one photo you want included through Etsy messages. (Message us with any photo questions.)

(2) The photo should be in jpeg or png format. The quality of the photo in the locket is dependant on the quality of photo you send us.

(3) PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOS SHOULD HAVE AMPLE BACKGROUND IN ORDER TO BE PLACED INTO A CIRCLE. *This is a smaller locket, so if the photo has more than one person in it, their faces need to be close together. See the pictures of the photos in the locket as samples of how having faces close together will help, and message us with any questions).

*The photo(s) will be laminated for longevity.

**With lockets, please be sure to close them carefully and try not to "force" them shut in order to maintain the locking high quality closure remains functioning properly.

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.

Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately - in something airtight - and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.

All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper and a polishing cloth to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!
